The apartment truly is centrally located which is great if you're in Barcelona to see the city. It was easy to find and the check in was simple. Judit explained exactly how to get to there when we called ahead from the airport. Olav was waiting for us just outside the door and the address was well-marked. He was very helpful in pointing out sights to see and helpful tips for getting around the city. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had many personal touches to make you feel at home. Hones.
all reviews » Excellent apartment - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. It was well equipped, very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Excellent location too in a quiet back street that's easy walking to La Rambla, the Old City, Port and the beach. It's right by the Universitat metro stop (no more than 5 mins walk away) and the metro itself, so easy to use. Our first time staying at a serviced apartment and we'll definitely be doing it again based on our experience here. Location was great, washer and kitchen were nice to have. Since we were leaving early on sunday the staff asked to come by on sat to check the Apt. even though they came at the time we requested, they woke us up but the guy sorry can't remember his name was super nice and even offered to schedule a taxi for us for the next morning. I really liked Cintia and how helpful she was. The apartment was also really modern and provided everything from coffee to towels. The location is also really good as it's just a 10 minute walk to placa catalunya, a 5-7 minute to la ramblas and just a minute away from the universitat metro stop. Very comfortable apartment, which is close to the busy streets (5 min. to La Rambla). We didn't have much of a view, but it was very quiet. The transport from the airport was very easy and is very close to a metro station. The apartment is spacious, everything is new, wifi router in the apartment, staff is very nice and helpful, location is convenient, much nicer than staying at the hotel, especially for an extended stay. The apartment was beautiful, relatively spacious and clean. Its location was great. Facilities were also great. They put for us a bed for the baby, a high chair, dishes for the baby, and a mixer. location, atmosphere, clean, pictures are accurate - we really enjoyed our stay here - the reception went smoothly and we were given lots of usefull information by our contact person. Bed was not as hard as other people reported here. Everything worked (incl Wifi). Location was excellent, comfortable and clean. The bakery/cafe downstairs is excellent. Design, friendly. The bed was quite hard, as many European beds are, but it certainly didn't ruin our stay. We like hard beds but this one was a bit too hard. We had to call Judit to meet us at the Apt from my US cell phone and had to wait for her to show up... Towels smelled horrible we washed them twice but that didn't help i tried to email the staff about it but they never responded to my email.. so please have better communications with your guests next time. The TV needs some english channels. nothing to report. The water was stuck in the shower and would not go down. They had to come and fix it. Also, we were required to clean the apartment before we leave. the bed .. was too hard and too narrow for us ... we hardly slept during the 4 nights we stayed here. Not covers the windows. Sun after the 0900 in the morning do not let you sleep. Only local TV available. At this level there should be better variety. Lack of flexibility in checking in and out. No reception. Walls are not sound proof.
