What people say
Owner was really kind. The kitchen was fully furnished and we could use it freely. You can hang the towel outside, rooms and bathrooms are clean enough There's a really nice common room where u can eat and wi-fi works properly in the whole place. Each room has its keys and the lock seems sure enough, you don't have any time limitation and the position is perfect (bus station Urgell is just under the door). all reviews »
Great value for these money. Location was good close to Placa Espanya. The flat is been cleaned everyday. Bread and butter are available all day long. Plus you have a cooking place so people can save some money by cooking themselves. Good, cozy place.
The house is cozy and very well located in the city center, next to an underground station and 20-25min walking to Pl. Catalunya. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, and you have a common area table and a whole kitchen available.
+ location is great - it's in the city center close to many sightseeing points, close to metro
+ the price for money is reaaly nice
+the owners are very nice people.
Bed are not so comfortable (but for the low price where ok), the rooms are really hot and during the summertime this could be a problem and the room has a ventilator. Noisy place, but it depends also from the other guests.
Hard to find as there is no sign on the door. We had to wait one hour till Ady came and we could enter. So here is advice: agree with her in advance as there is no reception.
The Internet WiFi was extremely slow, even for just checking the email box. The kitchen installations were a little old but quite clean. The "included breakfast" was basically a self service of bread, cow milk, coffee, tea, marmalade, butter and honey left in the kitchen, so not a lot of options.
- make sure you contact the owner by phone in order to find the place. We didn't have problems finding it, but some other couples spent quite a lot of time figuring out how to get in.
addy was rude to us...
