Guests are served under palm trees and there is a lovely bar from where a stone well can be seen.
The hotel is in one of the most central streets of the city, on the main parallel and only a few minutes' walk from its historic centre, declared a national historic/artistic monument in 1962.

The very friendly welcome received, the traditional styled room with ensuite facilities, location was excellent, breakfast very good and good value and a beautiful courtyard to eat breakfast in. All staff we met were excellent with high level of efficiency and professionalism, while still being friendly and welcoming. Good value hotel. We loved the Hotel - everyone was so friendly and helpful. The decor and 'Spanish feel' to the Hotel was so relaxing and the central position in Arcos was just right. We would certainly use the Hotel again and could thoroughly recommend it.Everything: it was the best hotel we had during our 10-day trip through Andalusia: good value for the price, friendly staff that spoke english, breakfast available for a good price, nice and clean rooms, big and comfortable bed. The atmosphere was absolutely charming. I don't know what more the staff could have done to make our stay there more pleasant. They were the most gracious people I think I've ever encountered in a service industry.The assistance and service provided by staff was second to none on our entire trip. Price of the rooms is rather high (breakfast and parkingplace are not included in roomprice). my room was on the main road the noise from the car engines kept me awake.
