The staff were really helpful and willingly took care of all our special (baby) needs. The place is very beautiful and you can hear the waterfall around the clock. Very nice atmosphire and gentle staff. A very good hotel in a fantastic location with superb scenery all around. The evening menu was simple but very good and they produced items to suit my husband's gluten free diet.
