Very modern apartments, well finished with excellent kitchen and living space. Secure underground parking (charged extra) and automated check-in/out with minimum hassle, would recommend for long stays. 1) Good location. The apartments are located near to the rail station, supermarkets and beach. 2) There was enough space in the apartment. A good value for money. The apartment was great, well-located, easy check-in, check-out. Nicely furnished, everything is new, fully comfortable for one-two person. Had a nice stay!.
all reviews » The apartment is awesome! Nice spaces, functional kitchen, confortable rooms. Totally satisfied. Though there was no reception it was easy to manage entry, keys, etc. Clean and cosy place, parking, heavy aircon, everything was great. Apartment is perfect with all facilities. Clean & spacious apartment which is very modern. 10 min walk to the beach, 15 to town. Spacious apartment. Clean. - the girl in the near cafferia spoke English and try to communicate with the non-English spoken owner. I liked NOTHING in this 'appartment'. Alles was slecht. Not much of a view if that's something you want :). 1) Poor lighting (in the evening it wasn’t enough for reading). 2) The kitchen wasn’t fully equipped, there weren’t chopping board and knife. 3) During our first taking a shower, we noticed that water didn’t sink and we made a little flood in the bathroom. To continue washing I had to clean a sewer by myself and found there a big heap of hairs and mud. None. Parking was a bit of a challange due to small parkin place. They should advise to everyone to get in the lift backwards and not with the front of the car. Then you can spare some time. neighbourhood but it comes budget accomodation. Noisy inside & outside the apartment, rough end of town where the locals just stare! WiFi poor, extremely annoying as often couldn't connect. Parking free on street but they think nothing of bumping & scratching your car so they can park their own. Badly designed shower which leaks all over the floor. Tiny cups & no toaster or oven, so limited what you can cook. No toaster, expel air in bathroom not working, breakfast bar broken. Awful location. - There was only 1 sheet and 1 planket for 2 persons - during the first day it was impossible to receive the 2nd sheet ! - they did not keep their promise to get the 2nd sheet at all !! - their English was terrible not understandable. -All the appartment was very dirty when we arrived !! Full off hair not cleaned. Booking tried to help to reach 16:9 by sending a cleaning woman.But unfortunately we stayed all these days in a very dirty place. - Bad location -Simpel -Almeria not a nice city -No reception....so where to park the car ?? I parked on the street !!. Heel vuil appartement. Blij dat we weg waren.
