Great clean hotel,close to the airport. Friendly stuff and nice bright rooms. Much nicer and cheaper than the hotel next door. Good place if u looking something near airport, for good price. Taxi to the airport costs approx 14 Eur. Good value for money for a short stay. Excellent bus route with the bus stop outside the hotel for direct access to Alicante. Excellent restaurant at adjoining Ibis Hotel. Fresh food, expertly cooked on the grill. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Liked free internet access although connection was somewhat unstable/slow and breakfast was excellent. The spainsh weather. Nowhere to go, out of the city. Wouldn't want to spend more than 1 or 2 nights as the rooms are quite small for 3 people but it is a budget hotel so you get what you pay for. The bus stop situation! Whilst there is a bus stop at the end of the road, the buses don't stop there, but rather another stop nearly 500M up the road. This stop is in the middle of nowhere and you have to walk further away from the Hotel, cross over, then walk back on the edge of the road with oncomming traffic..... Not good, but I believe it's all a bit political..... Bit too far away from city centre but really easy for airport. Nothing!. Breakfast is not free. It's very simple and I would not repeat. Just one kind of bread, butter, jam, honey, cornflakes and coffee. No eggs, ham and cheese. No dishes. You put everything on a tray. Would have liked a hair drier, but not a problem. Mean on soap supply. Locatation was a bit far out of the centre and because of the road it is on you can not walk it so we had to get the bus or a taxi, mayb free transport to the centre would be more appealing to customers stayin in the hotel as we where spendin €30 a day on transport. Our booking had been messed up by the wrong dates having been typed into the computer so we were not actually booked in for the night. There were no rooms available at the budget hotel but foetunately rooms were available at the adjoining IBIS hotel. Could do with more outdoor seating. nothing. Breakfast in the Budget hotel was really poor , you pay the same price as in the main hotel and get a third of the choices , If you meed to eat GO OUT . Nothing much left at breakfast as not replenished. We didnt bother. Terrible smell at room, dirty and sticky floor. Even after I asked staff to clean the froor, after few hour it was still dirty. Poor Wi-Fi connection. Far from the city Toliau nuo miesto. Door lock did not work properly. Food & drink facilities relatively expensive. Location. Location. Basic noisy bed even for a mature couple. Location is poor. Breakfast facilities very poor no plates were supplied and no bread for toaster only french stick, pillows very flat and un comfortable. Location wasn't great, but at least bus connection to city centre was okay. The wifi didn't work, the air con didn't work, the view was horrible, location was in the middle of no where, lift felt unsafe, window wouldn't close probably, not enough power sockets, the rooms didn't feel secure, no tea or coffee, no facilities at all, rooms are very small, staff are hard to find, corridors had a disgusting smell. Failure to provide even plastic drinking glasses at ibis budget hotel I will never stay in this budget section of ibis again.
