There is a homely à la carte restaurant which enjoys magnificent views of the Guadalcacín reservoir and Alcornocales National Park. You can sample the varied dishes here that combine the traditional cuisine of the Sierra de Cádiz and local homemade cooking.
You can also organise themed meals and taste the seasonal game dishes.

Hotel information details

Take advantage of facilities including a bar terrace with viewpoint, washing room equipped with dishwashers, picnic area, a large outdoor swimming pool and a pier.

Hotel staff can help you book activities such as horseback riding or advise on trekking routes. Back at the hotel you can play table tennis or billiards in the games room.

Each evening the hotel provides entertainment for both adults and children. This includes mini discos, movie screenings, karaoke and other games.

Important information to guests

Please note that reception is open during the following times: Monday to Sunday: from 09.00 until 14.00 and from 17.00 until 20.00. If you expect to arrive outside these times, please contact Tajo del Águila in advance. Please note that from October to June the restaurant/terrace bar is only open at weekends. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that late check-in after 20:00 carries a EUR 30 surcharge.

Information about the area

Situated between Los Alcornocales and Sierra de Grazamela National Parks, this complex is the perfect location from which to explore the culture of this region. These include the Pueblos Blancos (white towns) route, traditional leather factories and other typical regional crafts.

Lovers of outdoor tourism will find this the perfect place to enjoy their favourite activities. Located in the centre of the Province of Cadiz, you can easily reach the best beaches of the Costa de la Luz in less than an hour.

The complex offers 2 types of accommodation:

There are 15 rural houses constructed with whitewashed stone walls, each boasting a floor space of 46 m2 or 56 m2 depending on the capacity (from 2 to 6 people). There are 2 bedrooms with single beds, a lounge dining room with sofa and fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom complete with bathtub and a covered terrace with table and chairs.

There are also 23 wooden cabins, situated opposite a reservoir. The cabins boast a floor area of 28 or 46 m2 depending on their capacity (from 2 to 4 people). There are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with single beds), a lounge living room with sofa, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a covered porch.
