A beautiful traditional Spanish hotel - breath-taking interior decoration - mirrors, tiling, wood carving and planting. Not your 'could be anywhere' 4*. Lovely indoor pool - I'm sure that disabled access must be available through the 'show cooking' area. Excellent breakfast. Different dinner buffet every night. The romantic 4 day break was outstanding value. Ask for a 2nd floor room - sunrise and beautiful views out across the Med.

The hotel’s own on-site buffet restaurant, Andalucia, offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. The buffet breakfast features a wide selection of fresh produce and featuring show cooking. The lunch and dinner buffets consist of a variety of hot and cold dishes, including salads, appetisers, vegetable, meat and fish dishes. The restaurant has a baby corner with complimentary facilities available for parents’ use. The baby corner has a microwave and a refrigerator for baby food. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated with prior notice. Please note that a dress code operates: gentlemen must wear long trousers in the restaurant. The hotel also boasts a saloon bar, the Old Pression pub and the El Torito Beach Club, which is located near the outdoor swimming pool and is only open during peak season.

Information about the area

The marina, a few kilometres from the hotel, offers facilities for water sports during the day and a lively nightlife from the evening onwards. Roqueta is a typical fishing village located 9 km from the hotel, where you can try local speciality dishes and visit the ancient castle and lighthouse. Further afield are the Cabo de Gata-Níjar national park and the Tabernas desert.

By Car:
-Take the Mediterranean motorway (Motril-Adra-Almeria) up to the Parador-Roquetas de Mar exit.
