The food was excellent,really nice rooms and very clean.Small cooking area if you want to cook. Cleaned regularly. Very central to everything,beaches,pubs and shops.Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very enjoyable holiday we are returning again in may. Wifi - should be FREE for paying guests Sunbeds, or lack of - early morning stampede at 8.30 to "bag a bed" The bacon and sausages at breakfast were "average" at best! One of the receptionists (a little bit older than the rest) was extremely miserable and unfriendly, the others were fine though. a little tired accomadation needs refreshing. not being able to get a sun bed the germans get up early reserve there bed most of beds just has towels on them all day this spioled our holiday just not very friendly i think some are long term residents they feel they own the pool area and beds so we sat around our balcony. nearby was construction with high nosie. Big noize in the morning by rubbish removal car. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Staff rude and catered to the needs of German guests and tended to ignore the English English guests couldn't get a subbed until after 9am whereas the German guests could choose what time they got them. No air con in bedroom though in December not needed. Kitchen utensils very basic. I had to check out a day early and asked for some relief on my bill which I was refused. I do not feel that the front desk staff made any effort to help me or contact booking. Com with this. didnt like the fact we didnt get clean towels everyday and my sons sheets were not changed till the eighth day of being there.no air conditioning and room needed repairs doing. I don't like time when cleaning women comes, cause at this time I slept.(from 14:00 to 15:30) That's all). Cleaning, fair meals, badly cooked meat.

Towels for the beach and pool can be provided at reception for a small fee. Please note that apartments are cleaned 5 times per week. Towels are changed 3 times a week and bed linen is changed weekly. Please note that babies are under 2 years. Please note that guests are considered children when they are between 2 and 13 years old. Up to two children from 2 to 13 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night when using existing beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the rooms.
