  This hotel lived up to all our expectations and more. We arrived at 10.30am and expected to just leave our luggage, but we were given our room straight away. All the staff were very accommodating and the room was very pleasant. The road was bellow our room but we did not hear any noise at all. A lovely big bath was a treat. We had to leave early f... what people say » or the airport so breakfast was provided and a transfer arranged. We would like to have stayed longer. - The staff is extremely knowledgable and friendly, the hotel is almost a B&B but with private facilities, easy to walk to most in town attractions, excellent breakfast very good and convenient before the start to the day, good connection to WIFI. They also have a good network of local experts if you are looking for a guide (ask for Domingo)

I got an outstanding service, the place is very much comfortable. i was very much impressed by the fact that i paid for my internet access voucher for wireless, but when they found out that the server was done, i was kindly refunded. Very good service and keep it up fountains hotel. - Even tho... what people say » ugh the guest review was not very encouraging and I had booked two two double rooms, when we checked the hotel staff upgraded us to a penthouse double room with a kitchen and Hall room without extra payment. I must thank the hotel for this consideration. Overall it was an amazing experience.
