Very nice and comfortable Manor Hotel with an 'identic touch' of South Africa. Staff very friendly and always helpful. I loved the spacious rooms and bath and the wonderful garden/flowers aera. Staff friendly, good room size, restaurant next door great for steak, excellent location. Central. No internet in room, large parties in hotel during stay (was not aware), booking was not found at check in.

Situated in a restored barn adjacent to the manor, the cosy fine-dining restaurant welcomes you to enjoy delectable cuisine either outside on the white-washed patio beside the garden pond or inside, surrounded by colourful African wall hangings and drapes. It has been nominated as one of the 'Top 100' dining venues four times already.

Light bistro-style dining can be enjoyed during the day on the terrace in 'Café du Pontac' and Duke's Bar is the ideal venue for cozy fireside chats or heart-warming sherries at the solid teak bar counter, which is a master piece in itself.

The Pontac Manor Buffet Breakfast is renowned throughout town as one of the best breakfast venues, popular amongst hotel guests and locals alike.

- Exit the N1 at the first Paarl turn-off and turn left onto Main Street.

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 29 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 6 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.
One further children from 4 to 6 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.
One children from 6 to 12 years is charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
One older child or adult is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
