It is easily accessible by car to Table Mtn., the V&A waterfront, and all the highways-40 minutes to Stellenbosch, half that to Cape Town International Airport; walking distance to the Community Gardens and 40+ restaurants. The Hippo is well-designed, clean, and in a great location. The room was super modern and cute! We loved having a nice little kitchenette (complete with a french press coffee maker). The rain shower and heated floors in the bathroom were nice as well.
