I have never been so impressed with the staff, than I have with those at this hotel. They could not do enough to ensure that you had a great stay. One of our highlights of our trip to SA. A credit to the hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms, it was much bigger than expected. The staff was very effecient and friendly. The hotel it self is beautiful and will surely be part of "places to photograph on holiday" very unique. The breaksfast served was plentiful and well prepared. The location is wonderful, and the relaxed atmosphere was perfect. The service is great - Our water was not very hot the first night (probably something i was not doing correctly) and they fixed it while we were out having breakfast. The spa right next door is a bonus and a must visit if you're having a relaxing weekend. -

An amazing boutique hotel located in the high hills above Knysna. A car is essential given the intimidating walk! The main building which is more than one hundred years old is a converted family house hence the very cosy atmosphere.
We had ocean view rooms but the view of the magnificent grounds, pool and gardens is equally good.

This beautiful boutique hotel is situated on a hill overlooking the knysna estuary. Our room was perfectly decorated with amazing views over the lagoon. The bathroom was very spacious. The variety and quality of the breakfast buffet was excellent. The hosts and the staff were extermely friendly and helpful. The hotel has large and beautiful garden. A gem in the Eastern Cape, truly the best Lodge we stayed during our trip of South Africa. Villa Paradisa is extremely well appointed and has stunning views.
