The owners and staff of this Guest House made us very welcome. The room was furnished to a high standard and all the facilities were immaculately maintained. The personal touches were very nice (e.g., turn-down service that included port). Check-in was incredibly efficient -- we were in our room within about 45 seconds. The location in downtown Stellenbosch is fantastic -- across the street from a beautiful church and just one block from dozens of cafes and restaurants. And, of course, it's convenient to tons of wineries. Breakfast was served promptly, was delicious, and included everything one could want. This is a great guest house.

Ouse Leeskamer is a unique historic building with a fascinating history. Our room had a lovely balcony overlooking a courtyard. Jonathan and Paul were both very hospitable and provided a wealth of information about places to visit in the local area. Very centrally located near to informal restaurants and coffee bars with a studenty vibe. All in all an excellent choice at a reasonable price; would definitely return.
