Cancellation Policy	If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy	All children are welcome. One child under 3 years is charged ZAR 25 per night in a baby cot. One children from 3 to 12 years is charged ZAR 150 per night in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy	50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes	14 % VAT is included. Service charge is included. 1 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included.
