Excellent location. Very welcoming staff. Value for money comparatively.

Room was comfortable - bed was good for a refreshing sleep. Generally, the room fixtures and facilities were in good order. The Brightwater Commons offered a good range of restaurants and facilities which were within 5 minutes walking distance in a secure environment.

Breakfast was pricey for the range and quality of food offered. There were no dinner options (the hotel did not have the menus for the restaurants at Brightwater Commons).

The closeness to the shopping centre

I would like to suggest that the marketing team of the hotel visit Damelin as the staff there did not seem to know about this hotel and they have a lot of people visiting and it is one of the closest hotels.
