  the restaurant was fantastic and the rooms/grounds of the hotel were gorgeous. We were a little worried because we were in the smallest room in the place but it was a lovely room, so no complaints there - The quality of service and efficiency of all teh saftt, very impressive indeed !!!!

Staff were very good and helpful,especially Lisa and Wellington who worked tirelessly to maintain the amazing pristine condition.   Peaceful ,relaxing good location with excellent resturants nearby.Excellant hosts who do everything to make your stay a wonderful experience .The gardens are beautiful and peaceful to relax in.Not forgetting two lovely dogs Timmy and Ben who greet you in their own special way without been boisterous like some dogs. We will return next year and sta... what people say » y longer as two nights was not long enough in this corner of paridise .Thank you Wolfgang and all of you're team for a wonderful stay in Franschhoke. - Franschhoek Manor was just gorgeous. The house was lovely and the garden was beautiful with two swimming pools and lots of nooks and crannies to sit in peace. Our room was huge with a spacious bathroom and a great four poster bed you had to climb up into. Wolfgang did the best breakfasts we had in South Africa - not only was the food very tasty but it was all beautifully presented. The two dogs were very friendly and Christina and Wolfgang were the perfect hosts.

Our villa was located in a very quiet location with a spectacular view of the mountains where we enjoyed the sun setting on the mountains while sitting on the large balcony.   It was total luxury with beautiful furnishings and for the winter a great log fire and underfloor heating. Amazing setting right in the middle of the vineyards.
