Although its in the city, you don't get to hear to city noise and the views from the hotel are very nice. From arrival to departure, we were made to feel that we were guests and not just people to fill rooms. We would stay there again when next we visit Durban.Helpful and freindly. They have a gym with a nice view at the top floor. The back and neck massage was the best I've ever got.
