  We got a very good rate. The hotel is modern, luxurious enough and in a great location, 15 drive to Cape Town City, but with plenty to do right on the doorstep. The beds were super comfy and when we asked for flatter pillows they were replaced immediately. More Rooibos - It was my husband's 30th birthday and the hotel went out of their way to make it extra special for him. Special mention to Daphne and Mandla whom really went out of their way to make our stay extra special. I loved the room beyond everything and felt really cosy. I will definitely be back to stay at the hotel:). Thank you to your hotel and amazing staff.

  We have never seen a hotel like this, everything was really wonderful. Upon our arrival we were even upgraded (for no additional costs!!) to a Luxury Suite. The stuff was really helpful and very pleasant, rooms and bathrooms were very clean and very spacious. The hotel is situated right in the city centre, just 2-minute walk from Long Street. Also, the hotel arranges airport transfers and the guy who was - The willingness of the staff to find solutions to problems. Our reservation had somehow not come through correctly via letsbookhotel.com and they did not have any rooms left. The offered us a room at another hotel, and eventually they arranged that we could stay in the original hotel but in a larger room than booked.

I got an outstanding service, the place is very much comfortable. i was very much impressed by the fact that i paid for my internet access voucher for wireless, but when they found out that the server was done, i was kindly refunded. I must thank the hotel for this consideration. Overall it was an amazing experience.
