If my request was not available at time of booking I would have liked to be told that and I would have booked elsewhere. From the time we checked until we left we were impressed with the courtesy of the staff, the cleanliness and comfort of our room, and the food in the restaurant. The overall hotel premises are well maintained, and we would definitely recommend it. When Hilton take over in April 2013, we hope that they will continue to keep up the high standards of the present management.

  The spacious size of our 3 bedroomed apartment on the 6th floor was lovely for our party of 6 adults. The kitchen area was well designed and equiped and the beds were very comfortable. I had an issue with a pick up being late and it was dealt with quickly and the transport manager was waiting for me to apologise for the error. This hotel is a beautiful place and when you are here you are treated as family, a pleasure staying

  Sir , When I arrived at the Lagoon beach apartments, on Sat 11th May, they did not have a reservation for me, and could not identify your reference number. Luckily for me they were able to accommodate us at hhe last minute. I am not impressed with your service - We were three lady's staying in one apartment we ask for a extra single bed and when ... what people say » we arrived they did put in the bed immediatly so we want to thank you for that. If I can suggest something try and have apartments with twin beds.
