The room needed minor repairs. Would love 24 hour access to the internet. Other guest making noise in late hours of the night. Not possible to get water from the bar, internet not available in the room, not always possible to get hot water, place and staff are nice but hotel need to be refitted. The room had a kettle but offered no tea/coffee. The TV had no remote. The bathroom needs retiling. There is only one lift and no way of knowing which floor it is on or whether it is even working.was not informed my lift did not work on my floor. just left to wait and find out for self. The cockroaches in the room, the staff who barge into your room without knocking and the noise from other residents throughout the night.The cleanliness and general state of the rooms. everything from comfort of room to breakfast. There were alot of things I did not like, firstly the roaches in the room, dirty towels with holes in them, no room service, cold water was luke warm, television was not satisfactory.
