The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the hotel s ideally positioned in the city foreshore area! Staff are enthusiastic, professional And very friendly. Great rooftop bar and restaurant. The staff were very helpful, very cheerful and always ready to help the guests. The bar was excellent, they have awesome cocktails, and the bar staff are really friendly!. A beautiful hotel with amazing view of table Mountain the city all from the roof top where one can relax and enjoy cocktails.

The pool was very small, it's impossible to swim in it, only chill. Internet connection didn't work properly. Limited Menu for room service and upper restaurant. Firm adherence to check out time after a twelve day stay!!. Difficult to spot the place between the trees first time. nothing!!. Parking is very cramped. The menu available was very restrictive. Didn't have the best sleep due to noise of fridge. cannot think of anything. Rooms were very basic...I guess value for money. wrong food order on the Ground floor restaurant... When checking they must tell you that the entrance card also needs to be placed in the holder for the lights. The Location of my room was right next to the elevator. But this was bitter sweet because I got to see the mountain. It was Brilliant. the gym sucks no pool evening food was not great. Parking. The A/C was not working well. wifi doesn't work everywhere in the hotel. Massive roof top party (11th floor) on the Saturday night that had a DJ and the bass and vibration could be heard as far down as the 5th floor. The party went from 1.30pm to 11pm. I was in the 10th floor and had to leave the hotel because of the noise and vibration. Not enough parking. No swimming pool. But sure it said it had one on roof top but was only a 6ftsq plunge pool. Overall fantastic stay. Very small swimmingpool. The water in the pool was cold. Although we came to the hotel at 14:00 we had to wait almost an hour at the check-in to get our rooms prepared..The staff at the reception desk made some mistakes with our reservation - for example we have booked 3 rooms but at the check-out they thought we had 4 rooms. The shower does not have a door which causes water all over the bathroom floor. Standard room was a little too cramped, not much cupboard space, cleaning staff not quite efficient, therefore not value for money. The welcoming staff didn't seem delighted upon arrival.
