Location is good. There is a supermarket and cafe beside the apartment. The price is reasonable.I would come back and recommend the apartment to my friends.

The facility is easily accessible. The security is very tight. We could view table mountain from the building and it is located nearby V & A Water front. The apartment itself is stunning.

The fact that 2 single beds make a double bed The towels are old and the sheets and towels do NOT get changed

The staff and management were very helpful even with our delayed arrival and were able to help us adjust our booking without any stress, the food lovers market and café right in the building made it easy for food and snacks while the close by supermarket also allowed for shopping of other items also very close to the V&A waterfront and other attractions overall great value for money and great people

I would have liked the towels and sheets changed more regularly given that we had young children with us and the apartment did not have its own washing machine

We loved the situation. Just a 2 euro taxi ride from the waterfront. nice fitness studio, nice view of high floor rooms.

there is a Food Lovers market on the ground floor which is well stocked.

I had to buy a voucher for wi fi. My son had to sleep on the couch , which had been previously arranged and for which we paid a supplement but he was not given linen.Admittedly I didn't raise the matter with staff but given that this had been previously arranged staff should have been aware of the need for extra linen.

The apartment was very clean throught my stay, the staff helpfull with cleaning my utensils. I felt very secure since the lift ws accessed only by card.and the restaurant had very nice food.Availability of strong Wifi network

I specifically chose Icon because it had a swimming pool - but it was out of use, being renovated when we stayed and they hadn't warned us of this.

The rooms are very spacious and modern. The location is within walking distance to shoping centres and a few minutes drive to the waterfront.

The apartaments are really well decorated and spacious. The building is very well located for tourists, it is perfectly ok to walk both to the waterfront and to the city center during the day.

We liked the position of these apartments in the "bowl"; nevertheless difficult to find withe the parking!! The apartment by itself is correct, very design.

Very design but not always comfotable; the crockery has to be changed; knives and forks have to be replaced; we had to ask for the housework to be done! towels with big holes!! these détails make think that we are not in a four star establisment!!

This hotel is located right where everything is, the V&A Waterfront and all the motorways. It was a very quite and a peaceful environment. I would reccomend it without any doubt.

The car park can be tricky to find and it didn't help that the staff werent very clear to direct us, so be sure to ask.

My wife and I travel for trade shows at the CTICC. We really enjoyed the spacious apartment and excellent amenities. We enjoy self catering just a pity there isn't a Woolworths food near by. We make use of a shuttle service to and from the airport so that a comfortable walking distance rto the ICC is imperative. The apartments were very quite and peacefully during our stay. Just hope it stays like that.

Need to place teflon studs under the dinning room chair as it is impossible to get in and out without scrapping. This can be irritating for connecting rooms.

Excellent location; good price; friendly staff; immaculate building and apartment

You can hear the sounds from the street below (even on the 17th floor) but it's not too bad. You are aware of it rather than disturbed by it. DStv didn't work, but I didn't bother to report it as I wasn't planning on watching TV - sure it would have been rectified had I done anything about it as staff were very helpful.

great views and fast lift safe concierge and allround good package... large rooms and balcony with the open plan kitchen and living space where also execptional ! Excellent and i will definately book again !

the roof is extremely windy and the design of the building amplified the sound of noisy guests. Not a big problem just an observation. Maybe more policing of noise when on the interior terrace areas.

The breakfast : there was no restaurant for breakfast. Breakfast served daily to the apartment in bag. And contain unhalal food (pork)

The apartment was very modern, stylish and luxurious. And even though its located in the city centre it was really peaceful sleeping there. Secure parking.

We asked for a taxi that evening to be arranged by the lady at reception, she promised to call us as soon as the taxi arrive- she never notified us and we ended up leaving later than planned and arranging a new one. The she also never explained the check out procedure seeing that we were first time icon stayers.

The apartment we stayed at was spacious and tidy. Icon is central to everything. The restaurants downstairs are very ideal & easily accessable. Foodlovers market was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and wouls recommend it to anyone.

The staff did not know how to allocate parking bays. We were moved twice from 1 from parking bay to another. We noticed that the curtians were dirty.

A Internet nos quartos é muito lenta, o hotel deveria ter planos mais atractivos ou mesmo gratuito para os quartos. The Internet in the rooms is very slow, we should have plans more attractive or even free for the rooms.

Check-in is very slow. only one 'receptionist' so only one customer at a time. Couple of lights were not working in the apartment, not a big deal though.

I am pleased to advise you that overall we were very happy with the Apartment which was clean, well furnished and with comfortable beds. The reception staff were all excellent and the big (unexpected) bonus was the high quality food hall on the ground floor of the complex - again, the staff were excellent and we had breakfast and snacks there each day.
