The hotel provides one bed apartments at a very reasonable rate, lots of space - no views though but didn't effect us as we only stayed the one night. They have underground parking and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very close to the VandA.

Took us ages to find the directions are not great we actually drove past it, and nobody knows where it is. Easiest way first right with convention centre on your left, first right follow road around the corner and you will see parking spaces, park on left and walk around to the front of the hotel.

The room was very spacious and clean, the decor was modern, and the staff was helpful.

The fact that there was no free internet or gym or pool facilities but was advertised during booking. However I was there on business so I did not need it.

difficult to find also for the cabdrivers we had to use the name of another hotel next to us (hollow on the square) to explaint it to them. Their address mentioned is not known in our garmin system.

The room was amazing! We had one of the penthouse suites, which I would definately recommend staying in. The location of the hotel is excellent too, easy walk to greenmarket sq, kloof street, De Waterkant etc

The layout and position of the hotel is fantastic, room is stunning, but my room and bathroom were in need of maintenace, and curtains and furntiture seemed to be quite dirty. Nevertheless, it was a great room and very good value for money.

Staff was not all that willing to help and aren't particularly attentive. I found that having no bathroom facilities in the reception area to be a bit strange. Parking was incredibly tight and should be explained on booking.

it was a very nice spacious room

there was a horriblesmell of some cleaning product - very strong.The bed was pathetic, the middle support bar kept on falling out

The room layout and comfort

The parking downstairs is highly unmanageable (tight,uncomfortable,filthy) and dangerous for vehicles as there is barely enough.Secondly I was not provided with new towels for the duration my stay only on the last day upon my request 4 hours and 4 calls to reception later.Lastly insufficient remote controls (for garage entrance) for all guests had to hoot on entry and departure no matter the hour.

The size of the suite with enough windows to open and let the light in

The staff seems untrained. There were only 2 clothes hangers each of us and after asking 3 times for more hangers, we finally got a few on the third day. On the Saturday morning the cleaning lady was knocking on our door at 8.30, telling us she wants to clean the room now. There is also no dressing table or full length mirror in this very spacious room.
