Ocean view overlooking beach. Great deck and loungers to enjoy ocean. Delicious breakfast. Professional friendly accommodating manager. Clean modern well appointed facilities. 2cd room with great view. Gardener friendly and helpful. Dining staff eager to please. Both my partner and I loved everything about this hidden gem in Amanzimtoti. Stephanie and the staff she manages did not cease to amaze us with excellent hospitality and friendliness. The view, rooms & breakfast were stunning!.

The sea views are lovely and great location and security. The service was outstanding and when I needed assistance everyone was quick to help. The breakfast was great and there was quite a nice variety to choose from. The sea view from the deck was spectacular. We lost our luggage and the staff went the extra mile to assist us as we had travelled from Paris and had nothing clean to wear A great spot on the planet. This is a well-run establishment with beautiful luxury rooms and breath-taking seaviews. The breakfast's are really good and the establishment is kept clean. Everything about 305 Ipahla is superb,Stephanie & her staff were just fantastic the whole time I was there.Thankyou for making my stay so enjoyable!!!. The management was very helpfull from the minutes of arrival, huge room, clean batjhroom, terrace overlooking the sea, a place to feel comfortable. Preparedness upon arrival and well equiped guest house, you find almost everything you're looking for and the view, sea view. Like is an understatment ... The room we stayed in you could hear the water being turned on and off from 5:00 a.m. in the morning coming from the next door room which meant no chance to sleep in. n/a. The breakfast could offer a bit more choices, particularly for long-term guests, it can be monotonous. None. Not a single dislike. Not a big breakfast selection . nothing really. blocked drain. Nothing. Did not stay long enough. There was an abolute absense of a manager/owner. Equipment were old and worne down (towls, couches, scatter pillows etc.). Room amenities are insufficient and not on a 4 star standard. There appear to be staff shortages as it is the same staff that clean the room, that prepare breakfast and do check-in's/check-out's. We felt sorry for the ladies that were running around to do what is necessary. Except for check-in there were never someone in reception. The spa bath did not work.
