all reviews » Very clean and luxury room. Though there is no view from the room, it will be good enough to stay there as it is located in the middle of the old town. Everything is located nearby. If I didn't stay this hotel, my Kosice visit may be different. The city has very few things to visit for tourists. Wonderful location! At the heart of the very nice city. The easy access to the shops and paces to eat - the hotel was very nice and interesting with the cellar - the food in the hotel was very good and of high quality. Wine diner was closed. Cleaning person was smoking in the celler...(TxT). Would like to suggest to provide richer breakfast, current one is quite basic. The lights in the room were a little bit too dark and wi-fi was not in the rooms. Awkward to get to secure parking. Little slow at replenishing breakfast items when empty. Only one lift to upper floors was working. None. Although breakfast was good they did not refill the plates so we had to eat what remained after the other clients's meal. Hotel was OK, but the great disappointment came from the city which is extremely small, quiet and boring. All the attractions are at 1 or 2 minutes distance. In half a day you can visit the entire city in detail. The rooms were too severe and had the feeling of being Spartan and also updated "Soviet" style: unimaginative. The half board package includes very poor dinner. The dinner was a joke. We had half pension. We got a schnitzel with potatoes, and nothing else. Breakfast was ok. dark hallways, energy conservation done to the point of discomfort. Nothing negative comes into my mind. Restaurant/breakfast: boring!. They stopped filling up breakfast table already at 9 am (breakfast until 10 am)!. Stuff mostly not helpful, there was only one person working at the restaurant even on Saturday night. We waited almost 20-30 minutes just to be able to order somethings.. Walls are very thin.. you can hear every noise from next room.
