I liked the apartment very much. It is one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in. An apartment is very big and comfortable. It is very comfortable that it has 2 levels and is located on the second one. Bed is very comfortable, real king size. The apartment was very clean. It has 2 bathrooms. all reviews » Central location, big shopping center (Aupark) just around the corner. Nicely decorated flats, equipped with all the necessities like microwave oven, TV, refrigerator, WIFI. Car parking is reserved for visitors about 300 meters from the hotel. Staff is very friendly and English speaking. Great value for money. The apartment was huge. Location amazing - close to restaurants, shopping centre or clubs yet we did not notice any noise so we had a good sleep too :). These flats are safe, secure and central which is pretty much all you need for a city break. They are fully furnished with a great little kitchen and bathroom. The flat was also very clean. On Saturday, there was unpleasant smell in the bathroom on the first floor, looks like something happened with canalization. Many stairs with no elevator in the way to the flats, which might cause a problem for people with heavy luggage. There is nothing what I could possible complain about :). no air con but at least a fan :). One of the only down sides is that there isn't a 24 hour reception or anyone on site over the weekend. This means that you can't leave your luggage after checking out at 10. The mattress wasn't the best quality and the floor was a bit creaky. We had two showers, one on each floor (directly above each other) and the top one leaked so we had to stop using it. Also, 7 out of our 9 day stay we had a smell from sewage due to some pipe issues. Staff offered another apartment but we didn't want to move all the stuff again. Hopefully this will be fixed by the time we visit next time. I wouldn't hold it against the accommodation, things happen and we did have alternative options if needed. The kitchen equipment shuld be more complete; just the necessary is present. Lack of windows that looked out on street...skylight. Street noise; stairs up to #7. Lots of stairs to climb. Noisy trams pass close by. There is no coffee machine in apartment. Noisy in the morning (trams), ask receptionist to go with you to the parking lot if you are traveling by car, cuz is few streets away. Poor kitchenware. Its not a negative but a mystery. TV had 260 channels, over 200 were Arabic.
