The hotel receptionist Lenka was the only member of staff that I met and she was very friendly and as helpful as she possibly could be. Very nice, comfortable (great AC), location half block from Main Square, but still quiet, very friendly staff, perfect. Very nice stylish hotel with nice restaurant. Location in city centre is excellent. Perfect location in the historic city. Clean, boutique feel, friendly staff.
