Basic but modern, quiet and clean apartments in Bratislava city centre - a stone's throw from the historic centre. Very reasonably priced and with air con and free wi-fi. Plenty of supermarkets within 10 mins - Billa. Lidl and Tesco. For those who can't be bothered to cater for themselves, plenty of cheap restaurants in Obchodna. Try the Slovak Pub at the end of the road for traditional Slovak food. The Italian (Bella Napoli) next door is fine for straightforward pizza/pasta with salad. Overall.
all reviews » The room was modern, clean and is located right in the centre of Bratislava. You have to collect they key by meeting somebody outside the flats. I had to alter the time as my train was late and communicate with the manager a few times prior to my arrival. Every time I received a prompt, helpful response. Location is excellent. Relative big area, ok value for money. Quite fresh apartment with all basic things in the kitchen. Nice bathroom. Lots of space in the closets. Free parking available on the street. Wifi is ok. An appartment that has most of what you need for a comfortable stay in a foreign city like Bratislava. It has proper kitchen, proper living room, proper bedroom, a big nice bathroom and internet. Great location Air conditioning was excellent given the night temperatures when we visited Small but perfectly formed. Great couple who run the apartments. In summer this is a huge problem. Tiolet did not fluch properly. But the apartment is cheap so no real complaints. Nothing. Nothing at all. Appartement is situated on the fourth floor. Not recommend for seniors. Somewhat dificult to carry luggage up there. No lift. Oue apartment did not have a washing machine / ironing board. It was difficult to climb up. 3 floors. It is a great problem for semior citizens like us to carry our luggage up. Very thin walls. The access to the parking was difficult. Very small for 4 person as there is no bad only sofa bed which was very cheap and was broken.
