Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide selection of western and
asian dishes - you can even order how your eggs are cooked. Hotel staff
was very attentive to all your needs, very polite. Hotel was in close
walking distance to the Metro (if you can stand the heat and humidity).
There are restaurants next to the hotel serving local cuisine - tried
one of them and the food was excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel
has also a restaurant but didn't get a chance to dine there.

It was also a relatively good value during the F1 Grand Prix time, everything really jumped in price. We were going to stay at a different hotel, but found an acceptable price at the Pan Pacific, we are so happy for that, it was much nicer than the alternate hotel, which we did stay one night.

The staff were all really friendly. They helped me with currency
conversion, numerous taxi bookings and when I asked for a room with a
good view they certainly delivered. My flight did not leave until 1am
and after a whole day shopping I was rather flustered. So, the hotel
staff sorted me out with toiletries, towels, a place to shower, access
to the pool to cool off and looked after my bags. The customer service
from the staff is one of the best I have experienced.

The whole experience was one of 100% satisfaction. The property its
grounds and all of the facilities were 1st class. No it is not on one of
the main shopping streets but it is just a short walk to Orchard road
and one of the best mrt underground stations (a major intersection of 4
different lines) in Singapore. To have the vibrant city of Singapore at
your feet combined with the tranquility and luxury of the Fort Canning

At first I have booked the weekend package and requested a smoking room.
Since the hotel practices strict policy on non smoking in their hotel
rooms we were suggested the pool terrace room which has its own balcony
and facing plus direct access to the pool. We loved the room. We will

The hotel room blow my mind. Stayed there for a night. The pricing is ok. Love the coffee machine in the room and this hotel is kinky to the maximum, a shower see through cyclinder right in the middle of the room with spotlight on top. The bed and the pillows are so comfy. I had a slice of birthday cake and complimetary late check out at 2pm. Definitely a place if u just wanna chill out and have movie night for a staycation. Its right at tanjong pagar.

We stayed for a couple of nights and loved it. Very modern and comfortable. The free wifi worked a treat. I could not connect at first, but they sent someone to fix it within 5 minutes. Location was very nice, near Clark Quay, there's a shopping store just next to the hotel, taxi stand right next door. The pool was a surprise, didn't expect to have that nice pool for the price. While we were staying there, it happened that it was my birthday. To my
surprise, the management sent a birthday cake to my room! Completely
unexpected, and a really elegant touch. And just in case you were
wondering, this was no cheap little thing, it was an 8 person
fruit/sponge that was actually very delicious, and it took my
partner and I 3 nights to polish it off!
