I've stayed at Swissotel Merchant court a few times before this and still think its one of the best hotels. The staff will always try to accommodate me to my choice of room which has got a bathtub and shower. The location is good, convenient eatery outlets and some shopping, good for a weekend getaway or business.. a beautiful hotel indeed.

We were in an Executive Club Room which had been newly refurbished and included internet access (a charge applies), an espresso coffee machine and a very comfortable bed and pffice desk and chair

the location was great, walking distance to most places you would want to visit, its right on clarke quay resteraunts shoppin etc, the staff were superb. having a kettle in the room was excellent,

the location of the pool meant that when windy, the wind would create water spray from the waterfall and most of the sunchairs would get wet.

It's my mom birthday so they sent us a cake and fruits to our room. Very impressed! Also very nice location, near MTR station.

Excellent location near Clarke Quay and MRT stop. Nice views. Comfortable common areas. Beautiful pool and extensive fitness facilities (with view!). Lots of helpful hotel staff.

Hotel restaurant had extremely poor service. With many good restaurants nearby, there is no good reason to use this.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here and the location of the hotel is excellent. Central shopping centre is just opposite and clarke quay mrt is just behind the hotel. Overall a very pleasant stay.

the food at the Ellenborough Market Cafe was just above average and certainly not worth the glaring reviews
