Room, bed and airco were excellent. Included minibar, breakfast, wifi, waters, dinners were very comfortable. Concierge was excellent in getting taxi every morning.

Pool is sufficient for a quick relaxed dip, but dont go here if you expect a large pool for kids.

Excellent location close to Orchard Road but nicely tucked away in a quiet area. Complimentary one-way airport transfer. Comfortable room, bed and pillows. Very friendly, efficient, and helpful staff. Nice shower. Automatic roller blinds for complete room blackout.

The hotel has a very nice, cosy atmosphere unlike most of the bigger hotels in the neighbourhood. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Rooms are well appointed.

My colleague left his wallet and passport in the safety box of his room. One hour after check out I received a call during our meeting somewhere in town. Just to notify us and to ask if they could send a driver to deliver it to us. Great service, great hotel, great people. It was not my first stay here and I will make it my default hotel for Singapore!

They changed the great evening food in to a buffet that did not look good at all. And after 10pm it is hard to get a drink, this is not convenient

Staff are very professional yet friendly. Our flight got delayed and came to the hotel late worrying about our scheduled meeting but because of the staff assign that time, we were able to start that particular time even though it's late. That means a lot. The fast Wi-Fi of the hotel a lot contribute as well. Thanks Quincy staff you know who you are, keep up the good work, see you soon

The hotel needs to have a business centre, to accommodate the guest business meeting, with Wi-Fi printer if possible inside the room.

everything from the moment we entered was excellent. staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly. Room and meals were first class. One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Should be rated 5 star. Cannot compliment the hotel enough. Will definately come back and stay and recommend this hotel to all friends and family. Even allowed us to book in early with no cost.

The location for me was good as it is close to Mount Elizabeth Hospital

I am 'mobility impaired' at the moment meaning that I am not that steady on my feet. I found that the bathroom is full of sharp corners, even the safety handles are very sharp. The floor is also polished tiles and the slightest bit of soap or even water on your feet and you are over. I was very afraid of falling and changed hotels to a more 'user friendly' hotel for another 15 days that would have been at Quincy had I been satisfied

a very nice facility to stay in, but not as everyone says 5 minutes walk from main road. it's more than 10 minutes walk, and BF is very average for the money paid.

The hotel is really a design hotel, wonderfully planned and decorated. It is located in a quiet road, but only a 15m walk from busiest Orchard road and the metro (MRT). The sub-manager was really helpful and very welcoming. Breakfast is varied enough.

I wish I had more time to enjoy the hotel... arrived late and left early...

A good central choice that benefits from being off the main thoroughfares of Orchard and Scotts Roads. Stylish and modern design. Clean and good sized rooms. And the hotel staff were professional.

It isn't the best value option in the area and is possibly a little too expensive for a four star.

The room was very clean and quite spacious, the bathroom and bed were excellent. Location excellent for Orchard rd shopping and dining.

The aircon - too cold and couldnt be turned down or off. Pool was a bit shaded and cool. Singapore has become rather expensive - hotels have hidden taxes and dining out is costly, even in outdoor casual venues. Taxis are still very reasonable though.

Only criticism is when we booked through letsbookhotel.com this hotel was recommended to have a hotel shuttle service - this wasn't the case - you have to organise either your own shuttle / taxi / train. The hotel staff will do this for you.

Love the shower facilities. Pool area was cozy and like the 24hour gym, steamroom and sauna. Hotel staff even gave my husband a birthday card and chocolate when we checked out.

Staff were exceptionally friendly & efficient - nothing was too much trouble from following up lost luggage & other enquiries to making special food for me at breakfast. Room was spacious and very clean. Hotel location was fantastic only a short stroll to Orchard MRT.

The hotel met all my high expectations - clean, modern, stylish, blazing internet, High tec, reasonable breakfast. Bearing in mind Singapore is one of the most over priced places on earth the hotel is not bad value.

The weakness is the location. In the Singapore climate a ten minute walk up a hill from the nearest mrt station takes a toll. In one of the safest places to visit the hotel's security seemed a bit ott.

Lovely hotel. Good breakfast. Well located if you are into Singapore shopping. But Singapore is no longer a cheap asian shopping area. Getting to other tourist attractions is quite easy using the singapore metro service

The pool is quite small and there is a lack of sun loungers. But when we stayed there, the npool was little used by other guests, so this lack was not too much of a problem
