accessibility and courteous staff. i also like their privacy system wherein your room key can only access your floor thus discouraging other people or non-hotel guest from going up. hotel under construction until november. hotel upgraded us to a beautiful room on a high floor to avoid any noise. staff was very helpful. breakfast buffet was good.Hotel location is within walking distance from shops, other hotels, dining and entertainment areas. I got a good bargain for the rate I paid.

The breakfast could have been a little more interesting.Breakfast arrangements very poor due to refurbishment. Lifts quite confusing. The famous revolving restaurant "Top of M" is not working any more...It was noisy inside the noise. The noise comes from outside, and it is impposible to completely close the windows. The room quality was not of a 5-star standard. Had to change our room because we had a choked drain!. specially the fitness center and also being a five star it did not have the health club. The airconditioning in our room was not even upto the mark. During renovation too much noise and lots of facilities closed still nice place to stay if you prefer not to use the facilities. The room that I stayed was quite old so the bath room has some mould and it's quite small compare to other hotels such as Park Hotel. noisy, because the hotel under renovations at that time. The room smelled of smoke - despite being a non-smoking request and some of the bedding and other items looked worn and unclean. The renovations meant that the pool was out of action and so was the main reception area for the tower I was staying in. Renovation of the hotel was taking place causing heavy noise during the day and remain to the evening time.Restaurant was too busy and you have to wait for long time to find table.I am very excited when i found that there is a best price to stay in a 5 star hotel and i purchase it from the internet but unfortunately upon check in, i didnt know the hotel is under renovation and i am given a room that is so small that i cant believe this is a 5 star hotel.
