Usually a queue for taxi's for large parts of the day - due to the area the hotel is in not the hotel location I suspect Had to pay for wi-fi although as a Hyatt Gold card holder you can get it for free

usual good service, with heroic efforts by the staff to minimize the impact of the renovations.

I prefer the traditional rooms in the front wing. The price is on the high side, but then so is everything else's in Singapore these days.

-old hotel need to renew the rooms in all towers . -Bath room in the second tower of '' rooms tower'' is old and not well cleaned !

Grand Hyatt has been like a second home to me every time I'm in Singapore. The staff are very helpful, no need to question about cleanliness. Although there was a renovation at some floors, I didn't hear any noise and I was informed about this when I booked for the reservation.

Luxury hotel and excellent location, just steps from Orchard Road. Have stayed here a number of times and the staff are always courteous and helpful. The facilities are excellent.

The location of the hotel.

The last 2 days did not look like I was staying in a 5-star hotel,but in a machine shope.the drilling in the floor above where I was staying sarts from 09 am until 1800hrs.Not only that but upon checking out our room rates for those 2 days-18 and 19 Feb was 510 $sig instead of 490 ,the rate we have signed on as I checked-in.When I questioned the rate I was told the hotel was full which is a poor excuse.
