Budget, convenient, and service. Priceworthy hotel, good service and very clean! Busstation outside hotel and a taxifare to the MRT station Novena is about s$4! Alot of food places close. The location in town and the cleanliness. A simple hotel, but very clean. Location and clean. convenient enough. The service from the staffs. Location and cost. Good location that is closed to the market and public transport. the receptionist was very friendly and accomodating. Friendly hotel staff and secure. Reasonable and clean. easy to go about. cheap... Apart from the location, there is nothing great about this hotel. Not much. It's just too basic. It was located in an area close to lots of food locations/markets.there is no refrigerator in the room , toilet was too small difficult to shower but its cheap and worth the money I paid for. The toilet is too small!. Wifi is not free. In Bangkok, hotels of the same category, have freewifi internet access. Also, I wish the front desk staff were as friendlyas their counterparts in bkk. Not a walking distance to MRT, guests should study bus route before hand.Very small rooms.... Check In time 3pm. Too late.The literature says that laundry facilities are available, but throughout my 7-night stay, the staff never managed to find or track down a form to fill in requesting laundry to be done!. Shower/ toilet room , after shower the whole room get wet. The internet connection is not working well. TV channels are only for sport, i like to see news such as BBC. The room size was very small but compared to the cost of other hotels I guess this was what I paid for.the hotel should be named Fragrance Hotel-Smoke, our room stinks. The cleanliness, I have got insect bites after the stay.yes rooms to small, bed had bugs, no windows to air the room and also tv is clear. room is too small. supports temporary couples !!!!. location. The location is very inconvenient and no mrt nearby. Lack of training of staff; reception was poor; overall service was poor. We stayed 8 nights and make-up room was always late and there was one time that the attendant forgot to leave new towels, when we asked the reception staff she asked us to come down instead to the reception desk to get out towels.Their staff attitude..It doesnt help if the reception staff talks about extra charge for even a 1 hour early check in with his hands in his pockets. You don't want this attitude when you have reached Singapore after a 6 hour flight. The fact it could be rented by the hour - we heard a loud couple...Location to train station - it's quite a walk.With this price, I can get the better of everything in Hong Kong. I'm disappointed with this hotel.
