I really like with the location. This property is very near with Paya Lebar MRT - Exit D, only need less than 3 minutes to arrived at the MRT. The staff really kind and explain all the things clearly. They also provide a high-speed Wifi access. A good option for people with shopping/sightseeing deal. The location is very near with Paya Lebar MRT station (Exit D), just a few minutes to be there. Their staff also explain all the terms & conditions very well to me. A good choice for budget traveller. There is a mini fridge inside the cupboard.
all reviews » A comfortable room with everything you need, surprisingly for such a small amount of money. And even a bathtub! The window in the room is real and can be opened! Internet with excellent signal and speed for free. close to metro. The reservation staff went out of there way to accommodate me. The room was much better value than the 2 major similar priced chains in the area. it is only a few minutes to Paya Lebar MRT. I thought the staff were especially friendly and helpful, and also, for a budget price, the room with its facilities were excellent; both very clean and a good range. Room had an unidentifiable smell; At half past 12 at night, a prostitute and her client got into a fight in the hallway right in front of my room as the client apparently didn't pay what was agreed. She cried, screamed and pulled her hair. The only thing the manager had to say was that she should be quieter so as not to disturb the other guests... The smell in corridors. Room is bad smell and many ants in the room. Area do not have any thing for tourist..all hardware stores few Chinese cuisines out of location for touriest. letsbookhotel.com did not quote the total price. We paid more than what you quoted. J Staffis unfriendly.. letsbookhotel.com says that if we book online it will b cheaper but it turns out its still the same having to pay $75 juz for a small room. Staff didnt bother to explain. Wall in the room is dirty even the toilet.. Noisy rooms. Traffic noise and pubs music till early morning wont let you sleep. Kettle not working and the price on high side. The room smelt of tobacco, and they refused to change it. I had been foolish to let them charge my credit card first. As I was waiting, a prostitute and her custumer came out of the lift. 4Th may around 10 pm. Terrible smell inside the room Bed lining are so dirty Air condition is a really bad one together with bad smell.
