The best point of Arianna Hotel is its Location...Its just opposite the Mustafa Center...open 24 hrs...so we landed up anytime there and had a grt time shopping....then it is in the Little India...so for Indian travellers its helpful...n it is very very close to Farrer Park metro station.The rooms are very small...thankfully we got a room with window...but most rooms are without window...but it is a general problem in Singapore we felt.Unless u stay at Marriot or Hyatt or some other expensive h.
all reviews » Is few yards away from Mustafa super market. Places to find meals are aboundent in the viscinity. Very close to the Ferrer park MRT station. Clenliness, room service, and helpful pleasent staff. There is a travel agent in the hotel ground floor, can arrange trips very easily and tickets at a discount price. Hotel located in very famous and busy area in Singapore. Room was Small. Hotel staff was co-operative. Taxi easily available outside hotel. Restaurants are very near to hotel. Mustafa Center is just opposite to hotel and all items are available in this center. Location is great, just across Mustafa Centre, and near City Square Mall. Very close to NE8 Farrer Park MRT station. I got free complimentary upgraded room for staying there for almost one month. Free wi-fi is fast enough to make skype video call to my home. The guys at the reception Mr Koh and Mr William were extremely courteous and helpful, and good guides about Singapore. The hotel is clean and very close to mrt and 24 hrs food and shopping all around it. Real value for money experience. it's in front of 24-hour Mustafa Shopping Center, it's near an MRT station, it's near City Square Mall, they gave us a room with windows (yay!), the bed is a bit high but good for stretching the back after a long day. BEST FOR ONLY THOSE who are on business / leisure trip and have to come to hotel just for sleeping at night. Excellent location, very close to Farrer Park MRT, cabs etc readily available. 1. Its location in the heart of bustling Little India beside a 24hr shopping centre with lots of eateries and MRT at walking distance besides its reasonable charges. I like the environment where the hotel is situated nd the cleaning of da room everyday. I had a wonderful stay in Arriana as it was easy asssesible and comfort to me. I like the location, very strategic and accessible to the metro station. Assistance in all,purely,close to metro,all amenities in the room,safe. near Mustafa Center with 24 open .....it's easy to find food also.. Just beside the 24 hour Mustapha Shopping Complex. It was smack right in front of Mustafa Centre, Little India (that opens 24/7) where inside we can get all the shopping done, no need to go out into town to buy anything. It's like a one-stop-centre. We drove there, parking space may take awhile to find but we manage to find spot everytime. Also the roas is quite narrow due to the ongoing construction and double parking car on the other side of the same road which is not a legal parking space. People driving ther. Once I got over the shock that the room was the size of a cupboard with no windows, it was fine as it had all the other facilities, such as AC, hairdryer, tea/coffee facilities. Hotel staff was really good. Koh always went out of his way to providing me with all the information that I used to ask him for. There is a HUGE 24 hour shopping centre in front of the hotel. Call Mustafa Centre. Local Mosque/Masjid just a few minutes walk away. There is an abundance of eating places. I like the location, it was convenient to all sort of transportation facilities. Mustafa center is a plus factor because you can do your shopping for pasalubong anytime. Chocolates,perfume, appliances etc. money changer is just across Arianna. Room was basic but is worth the money you've paid. The staff clean room daily,change the beddings and towel too. Hotel conveniently located next to mustafa centre, which caters for practically all modern needs ( well most of them). In fairness you get what you paid for and what I paid is a fair price for the number of nights I stayed for. It's not far from the Subway station. 24 hours food court and shopping mall is across from the hotel. We can leave luggage at the hotel for no extra charge. However the luggage room doesn't seem secure because there is no lock. It's ok to leave large luggage but no ok for valuable item. i want the rooms to be more spacious with windows and balcony. Keep check in and check out time as 24 hours. that would be helpful for customers. Location was good. MRT is few minutes away, Musthafa and some small shops for shopping. lot of small Indian and Chinese hotels for foods. clean flooring, not any kind animal in the room. I found "thousand foot" animal in the room. It indicated that room is not clean enough. For Singapore it was ok for the price and the location was convenient for me. The thin guy with weird hairdo who is at the reception during morning shift is plain horrible.Absolutely non communicative, distant , non friendly...n not helping. He is always burried deep in his Computer...Good knows what he does. Batheroom of the singal room is very tiney. No Comments. Wall is so thin, can hear loud sounds from outside. Sometimes other guests talked very noisy until late night. No windows, very small washrooms. there's only one channel available, newsasia, and it's mostly reruns. difficult to join the wifi. NO FOOD / MEALS AVAILABLE, but there are a 100 outlets just outside the hotel, so no worries about the same. Some rooms' Wash-rooms are little small. Only a handful TV channels plus poor reception. Poor room insulation (drunk next door), no window view, otherwise quite comfortable. The bed was hard like we had read about. Also after a shower walking thru water to use the toilet was annoying,however the benifits outweighed these two problems/. The room was a bit small (as anticipated) TV channels should have some more international channels. One disappointment was with the hotel staff which was very unfriendly (face and body language) and gave us mostly wrong information especially with regards to finding the nearest 7e (to buy the parking coupons) and time/day when we were suppose to pay for the parking space. Hotel room was very small. There is not even enough room to pray (I am a Muslim lady) Hotel room had no windows, so not good if you are claustrophobic. Singapore is a very expensive Asian country. In house travel agency inside the hotel was not helpful once she realised I was a sole traveller and she was not getting a group booking. I asked her details on how to catch the local sightseeing bus and was unable to assist me despite advertising it. Room size too small (twin bed). Too high Bed frame. dirty curtains. can't use the fridge unless you move the bed. did not enjoy the TV because of the limited channels. The wall in the room and on the bathroom ceiling was heavily stained and very off putting. At first glance it looked like it could be a build up of asbestos but I'm still alive ( for now ). Other than that the room and location represents value for money. The room is very small. The bed is so tiny that only fits for slim person. I guess you get what you pay for since Singapore hotel is generally pricey so for this price, you get this quality of the room. the small room was too claustrophobic. Had problems with Wifi. Staff were not that friendly. Found that the arm of bathroom sink tap was broken. No hangers to hang cloths. Very small room and bathrooms. The bed was small, the blanket was short, the room was small, only 3 TV channels and it was sometimes a bit noisy. Room was too small, the bed occupied the whole room, hardly space to walk around. Drinking water should have been provided in the room, had to fill up the jug from reception counter. Toilets are too small. # Staff at the counter on the first day is very rude. # Drinking water is not available (on purchase basis or free). We expected free water purifier to fill our bottle. The soundproofing is not good. Room service was poor. Room Was too Small. New owners in process of renovating, so new sink and shower in small, old bathroom. Antenna not yet 'approved' so only 3 Channels. Lobby not yet renovated. Bed was thin mattress on slab of wood, right under air conditioner. Minimal facilities Stiff spring bed. Not all the rooms nice and clean and Not all the rooms are no Windows. The toilet is crazy small :) So is the room but can't complaint its value for money.
