Service of their staffs. Cleanliness of room and friendliness of night staff.The friendly and helpful staff. Close to the mrt, ease of eating places. The best thing was the proximity to Farrer station. The room, sheets and towels were clean. The vicinity i.e., accessibility to public transport, cheap food.near MRT, in the Little India.

Early arrival did let me have the room at a reasonable hr flight from Cairo I was very tired + jet lagged. no window for the room that the reason why we just stay there for a day. hotel like prison.Centrally located. Everything closeby. It was only one night.It is near the bus station and ease to buy bus ticket. very near to mustafa. Almost nothing. Nothing .What a terrible place to stay when some one has travelled for 12 hours .With heavy luggage and tired. Near to 24-hour restorants and shops. nothing! the worst hotel ever!!. nothing. nothing. No lifts. The breakfast was a block away in another hotel, and was held in a room that was completely refurbished. Ended up eating my food outside since there was no place to sit. Breakfast was also poorly serviced (no coffee left, no staff showed up in 25 minutes).nil. breakfast quality and breakfast area (in another hotel 2 streets further) terrible.Poor on staff, only two people around during the day: one at front desk and another for cleaning facilities. Dark room, no windows and poor ventilation, but with air conditioning, which helped. Only stairs to access rooms, which meant carrying luggage two floors up... small room, scleanness, no main lamp, television didn't work. 1) Lighthing is poor. Should have brighter lighting. 2) Need to add more TV Channels instead of 2. very noisy scenes during the night by other guests. Breakfast was a joke, in hotel around the corner, where there were about ten seats for entire busloads of people, one hot dish and bread. TV in room did not work, and staff told me it could not be fixed. breakfast was not good at all and served in another hotel. staff were not very friendly and they did not have our reservation when we turned up. but u get what you pay for. Staff where rude + unhelpful . The district was the red lite district felt unsafe at night for a lone woman traveller. no cross ventilation. Gets very claustrophobic at times. Especially when you open your room door and all the stale air from the corridors comes in to your room.The written description didn't match the actual establishment. ..No windows....Noisy Air-conditioning....Breakfast was in another hotel in the next street and the dining room was under renovations and dirty......There was only white bread, boiled eggs,some Indian samosas,butter and jam,coffee,tea and juice. Some people who came later missed out on the eggs. The receptionist attitude is poor, the room air condition is not function well,the room light is deam,the room is smelly,. It is under renovation. The room I got did not have a window. It was more of a warehouse. The hotel leaked water from roof, shower leaked all over bathroom floor, the lights did not work, tv reception was very bad, no tea/coffee in room but had the facilities to make your own. Extremely small room.no T.V service. Yes. The staff don't know to deal with the clients. There was no possibility to open the windows and in the bathroom it was a terrible smell of... food.It was very difficult to let them understand that I've booked my room by letsbookhotel.com, so in 4 days I couldn't enter in my room since they changed the key pin code. I coudn't obtain a stamp on the receipt because the manager couldn't be found.Room not clean,no telephone,no waste basket in the toilet,room too cramped up, linen not good, no safe deposit box in room or reception,torn piece of towel for foot rug outside bathroom. We did not like anythinf about and in the hotel. It should not be classfied as a hotel.everything. dirty, mouldy, noisy,stinky. We fell sick after overnight stay. hotel was filthy, room was full of cockroaches and the first day we arrived there was a rat in our room. absolutely filthy. everything - take it off your books!. we do not like it at all, the worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. the smell stains in the wall dirty floor.
