- The staff was very kind and helpful. I had to stay in the lobby working a few times, and they would bring me coffe, water, and even cake.
- Location just next to the Whampoa Market, with countless options of eating, and close to Orchard Road by bus.
- Rooms are quite confortable for a budget hotel. Not much space, but I stayed in smaller places in London and Tokyo.

The location was pretty good because various malls were close to the hotel, also easy to get a bus which takes you to the near train station about 5 minutes.Lots of hawker centre if you want to eat cheaper.the staff were friendly and ready to help me, and helped me about how to get to interest places. -
