The staff were very courteous and helpful. The location was excellent - so close the MRT (underground railway) station which gave access to all of Singapore with ease. The staff went out of their way to make us and our young children feel welcome and were interested in helping us if we had any queries. Terrific breakfast - no extra cost for the young kids. - Everything was great. The front office staff were very helpful. It wasbetter than many other 5 star hotels that I stay at.

Staff at the Reception helped me to get a Taxi to go to the Air port, at the last minute, despite of the Rain and evening Rush Hour. If not for the timely help, I would have missed my Flight.

Staff were brilliant - gave us all the info we needed, and were very kind to us on our last day when we had checked out, but needed to store our luggage and have a quick shower. accessibility and courteous staff. i also like their privacy system wherein your room key can only access your floor thus discouraging other people or non-hotel guest from going up - hotel under construction until november. hotel upgraded us to a beautiful room on a high floor to avoid any noise. staff was very helpful. breakfast buffet was good.

We stayed for a couple of nights and loved it. Very modern and comfortable. The free wifi worked a treat. I could not connect at first, but they sent someone to fix it within 5 minutes. It's great to stay at a place that understands the importance of wifi. The location was wonderful. Right on Orchard. -

Loved the room, very comfy beds and great to have selection of pillows - firm / soft.
Maybe the hotel was quiet but no noise from other guests on the floor, which I appreciated! awesome location.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was a fantastic bonus
