The location is very convenient. It is a good place for a solo traveler whose on a tight budget like me. Many thrift shops and hawker centers are present around the area.Several tourist attractions, like the Buddhist temple and Hindu Temple, are only a few walks away. My husband and I was very impressed with the lady in housekeeping her name is "MUNI" she was very helpful, courteous and if we had a problem concerning our room she went out of her way to get the problem resolved.Thank you Muni for making our stay at Santa Grand Hotel very pleasant. I really liked the location and the decoration in the hall and in the hotel. The staff was very friendly and available. The bed was really comfortable and the room as well as the rest of the hotel's shared spaces were very clean. They didnt have an elevator but there were electric escalators, which seemed like a nice idea! Bottled water included in room. Even thought they did not offer breakfast there were some great local breakfast places close by.
