  Hostel itself: traditional shophouse, but greatly renovated with modern style and comfort. Electronic access to the front door, rooms and lockers in the rooms (lockers are really huge, may easily accommodate suitcase or 75litres backpack in there!). Rooms clean though small. Location: entrance from boat quay, easy leisure - I stayed here in the Hostel with my Auntie yesterday morning(24th May 2013) until this morning(25th May 2013), I am so happy that they actually let us check in at 630am considering that check in time was 3pm(or2pm) :) but still the guy in the reception accommodated us & is very friendly to tour me(coz my auntie is already tired) around the place.   The location is just perfect, the staff is very good, the rooms are good very safe, lots of space the breaky is alright, I would recommend this backpacker to anyone who wants to see singapore on foot...will definitely go back there whenever i be around - really helpful staff, good location, close to all important places, good atmosphere, nicely ... what people say » decorated.   The staff were outstanding. I dealt with 3 different people during my staff, all of whom did their utmost to create a friendly, welcoming environment. The service is better than five star hotels I've stayed at.   I stayed here 2 nights and paid 44s$ since I booked through letsbookhotel.com. I supposed to stay in 20 persons room with mixed sex, but the staff offered me to stay in a female room without extra charge. Even after check out they allowed me to leave my baggage until evening and when I came back to pick up it they kindly allowed to take shower for... what people say » free. I don't regret that I stayed here. - a. Good location 3 mins walk to MRT station. b. Staff friendly and helpful. c. Adequate facilities. d. Aircondition on at night when the dorm room is warm. e. All beds are well spaced. f. It would be perfect if power points are provided for all the beds though reading lights are available for individual bed. I would stay in Blissful Loft when I visit Singapore next.

  Loved the central location. It was a 10 min walk from the Bugis MRT and closer to bus stops. Plenty of restaurants down Arab Street and adjoining streets and hence one has a good choice of reasonably priced meals. Many curious shops down Arab Street and adjoining Haji Lane to sate one's appetite. The people down the street were extremely friendly, w - hi all. I really just can recommend the shophouse and would always come back there if I will be in Singapore again. It is central in a nice district with a lot of restaurants and cafes. It has on every level free wifi, a awesome terrace, two Mac pcs and two windows (free) and a lot of lovely details.
