All exactly like on the fotos. Free garage is a great advantage, as the hotel is located almost in the city center, although it’s quite challenging to find a garage gate, as it’s located in the back of hotel, where you get via narrow street (tip: when getting to hotel, park for a moment in front of the main door, there is one spot for hotel, and ask help from receptionist – they are extremely helpful – they will even park your car and take suitcases to the room). all reviews » The hotel is very central. You need to walk just 5 minutes to reach to the main shopping street and most of the important sights. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast Buffet ist wide. There is a spa which is free of charge for guests. Staff was extremely helpful. They gave us tips about where to visit and go for a dinner. They even organized a shutlle for us to go to Budapest. The Breakfast is good, the location is near to the shopping street, the room are good with balcony and spacious, Staff speak good English, you can basically walk everywhere in the old part of the Belgrade and easy connections to the new part of the city. The spa is also good with 3 different types of dry sauna and 1 steam sauna and other utilities. Great staff and excellent service at spa and reception. Location is excellent and within walking distance to major city attractions. Budget friendly.Breakfast was great a lots of variety food. It is located on busy street however inside is very quiet. Good price and location so probably would stay here again. The best thing about the hotel is that it is in the very center of Belgrade, but also provides parking for its guests. On top of it, it provides great, nicely designed spa, rooms are clean and spacious, and the breakfast was also good. We were visiting in the low season, so the prices were also great. I could just notice the jacuzzi and some other things in the spa didnt work...I Cannot know if it is just a case or not...I Hope they restore them as soon as possible. nothing. International TV Programms are missing, Water pressure in the shower is poor. nothing to do with the hotel as such, but finding the hotel in town when driving the car proved to be very difficult. It took us a very long time, and a fine by a local police man, to find our way in the one-way-street-map of the city. A map of "how to get there by car" would be much appreciated...But again, nothing to see with the Hotel as such... A few wear & tear spots in the room. Torn towels, broken door, no vacuum cleaning, smell from drainage..etc. Room cleaning service can be better. * Mishaps can happen but when on business and with internet out for hours on a Sunday there is a problem. * The idle loitering of young men in the lobby. It does not have a welcoming look, all these people having around, working their iPhones and flexing their muscles. Nothing!. In the Sauna area the jacuzzi was temporarily not working. Wifi not working all the time. Smoking allowed in restaurant where breakfast is served, garage is small, heating could be better, the room is very small. Maybe a handyman in room 110 would be nice. When you used the bathroom during the night, the room also was lightend up because of a window between the two rooms. the smell of smoking in the reception area and some hall. The devil is in the details. It makes the difference between fair and good. Room had minibar, but no bottle opener. "someone must have thrown it out of the window" reception said, "try the restaurant." in the middle of the night? "your problem sir" Single in a double room? We only replace half the towels and amenities. Nothing to lose sleep over, but details which would make the hotel excellent. Rather slow checkout. No kettle in the room for a quick tea/ coffee.
