This time they gave me an upgrade to a Junior Suite which made the stay very comfortable. Kids can use the pool anytime and its indoor. Also there will be a person to attend the pool from 3 pm to 11 pm and that makes it safe. Valet Parking makes it comfortable. I found this hotel the most preferable hotel in Khobar looking at Comfort, value for money, location, experience, facilities, breakfast. I will choose this hotel next time also

  This is the second time we stay here. The room is very nice, clean and comfort. Late check out is also available and the staff is really good, friendly and helpful.   The real big plus for the hotel is really its young Saudi staff, I have to mention 2 names that I dealt with; namely; Zaid and Sahir (I hope I am stating the names correctly). They were truly professional and extremely supportive. They are customer oriented and give you the impression that they have been in this business for many years. Upon arrival the guy in theb reception discovered that letsbookhotel.com have not informed the hotel about my booking because of doing the booking two days before arrival.   When I walked in to the hotel I realize that the hotel has a character and I liked it. Additionally the food (Seafood night) was excellent. - Check in was fast, the room was clean, big and very comfort.

  The design of the hotel is extraordinary, the service was amazing and the location was just perfect. We have had access to the executive club which made our stay even more relaxing. The food was delicious, the reception staff were friendly and welcoming,they made us feel so special. Cleanliness very good, loved the quite n calm atmosphere. Due to booking error not on our part, hotel management were quick in solving n upgraded our room without extra charges. Carrying 4 kids sleepy it was very nice of them. Breakfast buffet was lovely for me n my kids, everything.
