The staffs are friendly, helpful and responsive. Since I drive my own car, it is nice to have such hotel which has private parking, eventhough limited space. We also still can drop our family on the lobby and easily go (if you find the way :)) to park the car in Masjid Nabawi basement car parking (only sar 1/ hour). The hotel building and ornament is overall up to date. The Hotel staff was very friendly and cooperative. I have never seen a hotel refunding unused nights stay. where hotel had refunded us night which we were unable to stay due to long journey.

All new and good hotels are inside the ring road. Hotel looks good from inside and out. They are expanding now. I have stayed with my family, we were occupied 3 4bedrooms. Manager(forgot his name, he is from Sudan) is very nice gentle man. Very polite and kind. He was very cooperative and checked about our stay all the time. I would like to thank him to print our itinerary. In US, most of the hotel we have. The only plus-point was close proximity to the Prophet's mosque, although it was still a 7-10 minutes walk. The location is close to Masjid-e-Nabwi. Proximity to the Holy Prophets Mosque. Clos to Al Haram and central area. Near al masjed al nabawy. Near haram. The ac. nothing. The distance to masjid Nabawi is still farther then the others :)...but it is actually only 10 minutes walk. My injured ankle wife still can manage to walk in to the Masjid from our hotel. I wish I could have spend some more days . The parking of the hotel was too narrow. It was a task to park in and park out. The breakfast wasn't very good. A little variety and nothing much to choose from. the air condition is not too cold. the intrnet service is not available on the room, we should use by the hotel loby. no phone to call outside. nothing else is bad about it. The hotels which provide kerala/indian food was a bit far(around 15 min walk). On the reception no one speak English only room service speak English . Left was stuck on day. The parking is very bad and not suitable for the big cars. No parking infront of the building. i call for maintenance it was never done during my stay. no more facilities. Breakfast has very few items. The had put trainees at the reception. Breakfast was poor Noise (The hotel near than the main road) Blankets was too bad. 1- The breakfast arrangement was not very good. The add-ons were sufficient but the main breakfast items were very less in no. 2- The sitting area was very small and congested. The room was not very clean and neither was the bath. The bathroom needs some maintenance work (broken sink and wc seat cover) in room 707 The cupboard needs fixing (difficult to open). the rooms were not properly cleaned once we checked in. the bath tub had hair and was totally jammed. the toileet seat was almost in the wall so very difficult for tall people to fit in without hitting your knees in the wall. elevator service is not good. Room too dark to read, Parking was too congested, Hotel restaurant not available to guests, breakfast timing is too short, breakfast was not good, lobby area always overcrowded.....too small. Breakfast not to the required standard Rooms seems quite old but acceptable for rest. very bad cleaning services, very bad internet connection, the breakfast is very poor, rooms are a little bit noisy because of the street near the hotel. Housekeeping was not very professional. The wardrobe door was dislocated and toilet could not be locked from inside. The drains in the toilet were not properly sloped and spilled water remained on floor. Pillows on bed not very clean and smelly. Refrigerator not working. Please make the location finding more clear I went to the wrong location since there are two ramada hotels in Madina Saudi Arabia. Food quality is also not good, they need to get it improved. 1- Front desk service. Three days later I am still waiting for a wake-up call. 2- The bathroom was very unsanitary. 3- The breakfast bar (included in the package) was extremely poor quality. 4- Unavailability of the manager coming to work as he wishes (they said). 5- Cracked and stained coffee cups and other dishes in the dinning room. 6- Given a non- smoking room in a smoking section. Room filled with smoke. Daily cleaning of the room not being done even after reminders. The menus especially the breakfast-it's always Turkish. Location for the ladies. No more facilities. Washroom was not upto the standards. Elevator system is very bad. There are 6 small elevators for guest and 1 for service personnel. 2 out of 6 never worked. It was big challenge to get elevator after adhan. We have used service elevator for sometime.But it is not good practice to do soo. They don't have 4 bedroom, they have put two extra bed to make it as 4 bedroom. Due to this we have very less space to walk around in the room. The rooms were not very clean, drain was blocked in one one of the rooms, the bathroom sink had cracks, bathtub was broken, the tea / coffee set was in a shabby condition and was old, breakfast was pretty ordinary on the first day and was pathetic on the second day, lifts was also quite ordinary. Overall, a bad experience considering that its a 4-star property. The reception staff only knew Arabic, so language was a barrier. The staff is not well trainied. Breakfast was below average. Wash room is very small and tight. Hotel has extremely poor house keeping and maintenance. The bathroom had blocked drainage and badly maintained shower faucet. This was least expected of a Ramada. No service, poor staff response, bad breakfast. All service not available , and there is no parking for my car And there is no team for service. Staff. Service was extremely poor. I booked a room with 4 beds and then had to argue with the manager for the 4 beds as he stated that all rooms are standard with 2 beds. The attitude of reception personals was very bad. They have no idea about dealing with guests. It is not as near to the haram as it was shown in map. bath was not clean. parking small..lifts are slow and some time not runing...not very cleen hopless staff...very tight bath. Poor cpstomer service.Was. Given a room that's leaking sink,leak from the bathroom ceiling.Need to ask for my compliment water.Broken wardrobe and very poor housekeeping practice.Will never come back. slow respond and food was not cooked well not tasty very poor service and cleaning not good. Staff was extremely poor in comminication and very very bad customer relations. Did not do things as promised. If u ask them something they keep tranfering calls from person to person and eventually u have to put the phone down.
