The reason let me stay and enjoy my staying is one of the staff doing very good never ever seen active and very good in solving the problem I am traveling more than 30 years and more and proud to meet him still young but doing butter then experts people His name is Mr Ali Al-mehalawi I am sure with this activity will be general manger very soon and will do allot for tourist industry . The service and staff were excellent. The food was perfect and the whole hotel was quiet . الفندق ممتاز من كل النواحي. البوابة بعيدة نوعا ما عن مدخل المسجد للنساء لكن هناك خدمة لتوصيل المعتمرين إلى مختلف بوابات المسجد النبوي الشريف.

Profit Massjed is a bet far for Wemen, while men's doors were reasonably near. there no ice maker in every floor. - It was not as clean as a 5-star hotel should be. - The room key reader at the room's door wasn't functioning well. It rarely works from the first time. two things: 1) when we entered the room there was no electricity. had to leave for Magrib Prayer, so we left, came back after Isha Prayer, (after 2 hours) light was there. 2) the design of the bathroom was fine but after shower it appeared that there is flood. water in whole bath room and even made its way to the room. this was due to non proper leveling of floor. the water was not going through the drain in shower area as it was higher. not really that great breakfast buffet. rooms are not soundproof. my neighbors were fighting all the time and I can hear every single word they were saying. Wifa was poor at the room and difficult to connect. wireless need improvement in the room. Food. Poor breakfast. nothing at all. In room dining in term of food quality and taste is not raise upto hotel level. construction work in front of the hotel. A little far from the ladies entrance to the mosque which is the main purpose of visiting Madinah. The dinner buffet is very poor, no variety. Nothing. There was no wireless in the room as it was said we called the staff more than once with no help (8 floor) The hotel was hard to get to because of the worker all around it. The food was horrible, and couple of the waiters at the breakfast buffet were very weird and unfriendly. On both days during my stay I found a fly tasting the food. My booking was executive triple room but the executive lounge was close no facility at all almost empty hotel , staff wasn't friendly at all ... Charge one night just because I want to leave after one night !!!! You are responsible to refund to me my money from that hotel..... I have a reservation for three adults, room with trabile bed, i reach their at 2pm,they told me your room is not ready, checking time is 4pm. I came at 4 pm, they told me we do not have a room for three person ready, we will give a room with two bed and will bring to you extra bed, they brougt a portable bed.
