  Mouta Hotel Makkah was a very pleasant surprise. We wasn't expecting a lot and we had driven from Riyadh, but when we arrived we found a welcoming lobby and staff. Our room was spacious and clean. Also, the surrounding area was pleasant too and there was an Al Baik right round the corner! Win Win! - Rooms were clean and nicely designed for comfor... what people say » t.   I gave a credit but unfortunately the machines were out of service,one thing I won't forget they allow me nd ma family to stay the night there till morning to solve the problem, they valued a client more than money - I liked the stuff And the hotel was very clean Which is most important think to me.

From King Abdul aziz Gate it is jsut 3 to 4 minutes away on the narrow lane adjacent to LeMedian . the hotel is jsut behing Govt guest house/palace. Very convenient if you are batchelors or solo travellors or young couples. Staff was very friendly, Out look was very well maintained, The Baqala (shop) within hotel was very helpful, although charges were a bit extra but not too much. The rooms were very comfortable, quilts, Mattresses, Pillows, Bed sheets, Airconditioning all were excellent. There are only 3 lifts to cater 16 floors and are most of the time busy, but the arrangement of Seating on each floor is very nice.
