  It is very close to the Haram and it takes only about five minutes to reach it. The room was awesome, specially the bathroom which had the toilet and bidet area separated from the rest by an opaque glass door. The Atyaf resturant had excellent food for all the meals. 3. I liked the way we were traeted by the reception staff. They projected a prfessional image and conducted themselves professionally. 4. We liked the fact that the hotel is part of King Abdulaziz "waqf" for the Two Holy Mosques. This will encourage us to go back again to the same hotel.

  This time, I stay there for Umrah along with my brother's family who came to visit us at Saudi from Dubai. Reception staff were very polite and friendly. I booked 2 double room ; but during mt check-in, they gave me the Royal suite with 2 rooms. It was very spacious with seperate dining room, kitchenete areas, 2 seperate bathrooms.   One of the nearest options to the Haram. High speed wifi almost everywhere in the hotel, including room. Helpful staff. Would like to mention particularly Mr. Al-Bishi (Duty Manager), Faiz and Hassan (Bell boys) for their hospitality. Very good breakfast. The number of lifts available was quite amazing. Although out of place, must mention Jamal (taxi driv - The hotel is awesome, The main reason this hotel runs is because of its location and also the lack of availabity anywhere else. Same goes for all the hotels in this area. Other than that, the hotel is awesome. Very nice and clean. Staff are excellent and always willing to help. One has to remember that in this location the staff are run to the ground as its too busy, so you have to exercise patience. I would definitely stay here and recommend it. In fact I can't wait to return InshaAllah

It was very close to Haram, even in Ramadan you can pray inside the mall with continuous raw from the Kaaba. If you have elderly people, this will be an advantage. Multiple restaurants in the same mall with different prices convenient for all people.

  Very accommodating - we started off expecting to travel with my Son (8) and daughter (4), so booked a twin room with an extra bed. However, we ended up with all 3 of our children, and when we arrived we found 2 extra beds had been placed in the room, so the equivalent of a quadruple room. Plenty of space for all of them, plus a couple of sofas, ... what people say » and no extra charges at all - nor any comments regarding maximum room occupancies etc.. THANKYOU! Location for the Mosque was great. We could see the - Service was very good, friendly staff. Rooms very nice, made up daily. Free newspaper every morning.   I've been staying in Le Meridien Hotels, and this was my second visit in this same hotel. Hotel is very close to Haram and it is clean, comfortable and relax environment. One special note I would like to make is that, I forgot my professional camera in my room and on my way back to Jeddah, one staff (Farmanullah) called me that sir you've forgott... what people say » en your camera and you may pick it up from us. I was so Thankful to him and specially the management you have developed such honesty in their staff wo - The cleanliness, the comfort, and the general service were very good.   I booked this hotel at letsbookhotel.com and checked out pictures of rooms, bathroom, lobby etc. When I arrived it was exactly what I expected and their were no surprises at all. Mr Mano ( Bell Boy ) was very helpful he went and got us 2 sims for our phones and some phone cards for us to charge & gave me his cell # for anything else I needed. ... what people say » I used him to for getting money changed, getting zam zam water containers and some ideas where to eat. Shuttle survice was working 24 hours and was su - Very good location, close to Haram yet only a few blocks away which is good as you avoid the construction noise that is currently going on all around Haram, more or less only around 10-15 minutes walk, excellent free shuttle service which we used occasionaly when we didnt feel like walking (sometimes you feel tired after performing umrah!), there are 3 big buses provided by the hotel on duty 24hrs which is convenient if one does not wish to walk, all staff were friendly & very helpful, neat

  Employees were very professional, we had to wait when we arrived as our booking didn't appear on their system initially. As an apology they upgraded the room for us. The room service and room breakfast were excellent. Great value for money. Buses to Haram are going and coming back continuously, you wouldn't have to wait more that 5 minutes for th... what people say » e next bus. - It was an excellent experience. Their food is great. The facilities are exceptional. There is enough free basement parking. The shuttle service really runs round the clock and drops very close to Haram. I had to change my room type at the 11th hour , and was able to do so without any charges (Though it all happened through letsbookhotel.com representative)
