infront of Al-Haram, all facilities available in same hotel tower, hotel even allowed early check in.

Though I didn't report to hotel. Its a suggestion : house keeping or technical team should check room properly to make sure all required options are in working condition, as I have found internal lock option for main door was not working.

Check out time was 2 P.M. but room service guy was nocking the door around 1 P.M. in a very noisy & un-plolite way!! Although (plz Don't Disturb) note was hanged on the door!!! Moreover, he was trying to open the door with his master key!! Is it really accepted by a 5 star hotel ??? He does not even try to call my room or my mobile !! Such behavior is a shame on Royal Hotels specially in such location. CC: Dar Al Iman Royal Hotel duty manager.

at 6:30 AM, I tried to call the Reception / the on duty manager but unfortunately they did not answer, this when a cigarette smoke came from the next room. this really was an unexpected attitude from the hotel staff to be not at guest service on time as he wished always.

Location, so close to Harram. The hotel clean sevice available daily and when required. Shops & restaurants down below in the same building. 12 lifts serve this hotel.

After long way flight, l waited more than an hour to check in, that because there were only 2 men on reception counter and they have other work to do also. 5 men working along with the net and offices booking in one room and only two in reception for 810 rooms. the was so narrow & the furniture do not reflect that this hotel exceed 3 star hotel.

Staff very nice and friendly. Location is really nice. Standard room size is very decent.

I requested room with double bed but they gave me room with two single beds. Later they joined the beds which was fine but in the center gap remained which was not fine. Cleanliness of the Restaurant and service. There was water on the floor which was dangerous and I slipped but manage to keep balance.

- location just in front of masjidil haram, very near. I can back to hotel at any time. - cleanness - has several lifts that very big and no need to queue during peak hours - restaurant and shopping area just downstairs from the hotel. - breakfast is included with the room rates. - fast check-in, less than 10 minutes. I checked in after 4pm. - suitable for family or elders - I'll use this hotel next time if I visit Mecca.

Check-in was late (2-3hrs queue) due to room unavailability/ inexperience staff at check-in counter. One 1 -2 staff was attending check-in for 15-20 ppl.

The reception is understaffed. At 4pm it gets very busy with people checking and checking out, and some people are waiting around for over an hour to get their rooms.

The weather of Mecca is humid in general, I prefer if they use "De-humidifier" in the Hotel.

Poor and slow performance of staff at reception. Long ques for check-In and no one seems to bother. After standing in a que for some time i was told to go to another room and verify the booking. After verifying booking, i wait in que again and later i was told that room is not ready come after one hour. After one hour, when i came back i had to wait for around 20-30 minutes in cue until it was my turn for Check-In.

Delayed in registration, denied the booking and later was ok by administration, Breakfast was not the best for 5 stars hotel, almost same everyday noisy at night with young kids, asked front disk to change the room, he said was fully booked. At the same price, could stay in a better 5 star hotel. I will not recommend it for future plans

The location near Haram, VALUE FOR MONEY IN PEAK PERIOD, lifts and conceirge service, Front office staff, hote decor, shopping area and food stalls are available in the same building.
