It is very close to the Haram and it takes only about five minutes to reach it. The room was awesome, specially the bathroom which had the toilet and bidet area separated from the rest by an opaque glass door. Everything was very, very clean and the room was very quiet, it felt as if we were alone in the whole floor, which we were not. The services was good and professional. We will definitely come back to this hotel the next time we visit Makkah but we will probably have breakfast somewhere.

They projected a prfessional image and conducted themselves professionally. 4. We liked the fact that the hotel is part of King Abdulaziz "waqf" for the Two Holy Mosques. This will encourage us to go back again to the same hotel. The hotel was really well-located just few minutes away from the Holy Mosque el Haram. We could not be better placed ! The staff was very attentive, friendly and so helpful as we travelled with a young 18months baby. The breakfast was just perfect, there is no other word to describe it. Coumba from France. I stayed at Junior Suite Kaaba. Everything was perfect Mashallah. Room service excellent. In-room dining was perfect. For the first time in my life, I had every request attended for in a hotel. The staff are supper accommodating and helpful. The Breakfast was brilliant, and the evening snack were superb. The Operator that answered when we dialled zero was not very helpful, especially when we asked her to send us help to carry our bags at the the time we checked out. In fact no help arrived after we waited in our room for 30 minutes. So we carried the bags ourselves from our room down to M2, the Reception Area. We were pretty disappointed as we took the junior suite for couple of nights and the hall was not clean at all. It was too dusty even on the carpet. We could see also greasy fingerprints on the big and little tables. I think for the price we should not face such incident. Coumba From France. We need to change the lifts (use different lifts); from room to lobby using one lift, and from the lobby we have to change to another lift to go to Haram. Only one small thing with the view. I know how it is hard to clean the windows on a daily basis. Since it has marvelous view, it is good to clean it once awhile to make the view of Kaaba or Haram better. Other than this is perfect. Breakfast, every time either the cups for juice will run out or plates and once you ask the helpers they will make you feel as if you begging for it. We ask coffee we waited for almost 10 mins someone to serve us. Cost of stay is very high , cost of inhouse dining is very expensive. I paid 1600 sr per night Hence , I was forced to eat in the mall which is very poor in term of dining facilities or eating areas. Elevator only need more organization . - system for elevators - time taking but bearable - they dont allow external food - and in room dining & their restaurants are quite expensive. nothing to dislike. when we arrived the room speaker was making noise which was fixed by hotel later that night. because we went in ramadan it was very crowded and the reception waskind of slow to respond. - Windows are not clean - reception staff not efficient - restaurant staff service bad - unorganized leaving at B2. Price a little high but worth the location and luxury!. Still car parking is an issue not only for this hotel but also for the others hotels in the building which I hope that it will be solved in the future. Directions were not visible, during breakfast a bit more variety can be icing on cake. Hot water facility was not satisfactory. The wi fi was not connected on the high floors. I was on 28th. I got the connection only in the floor M2 where is the desk of checkin and the resturant .. Staff is absolutely poor in dealing customer who don't understand Arabic. They don't know which room is empty and which is occupied. Waited for 1 hour to get the room we booked. Buffet is very poor and service staff always not available and try not to serve friendly Some of Reception officers did not welcome people with cooperation With value of the money there should be a good house keeping , with proper timing for serving. Confusing elevators . No staff to clear tables at Breakfast. 1St day in the morning, there were 8 families waiting to table for Breakfast, but there were almsot 20 tables which were not cleared remade by the staff. Attitude of the chef cooking eggs was also not good with customers. Inconvenient elevators (two rides before you reach your room). and very hard to find by car. The bathroom wasn't clean. There was a malfunction with the speakers that woke the entire floor up at 1 am. We keep asking for room service to clean they say he is comeing but no one comes. Staff were not friendy. Shoul bevv. letsbookhotel.com confirmed to us by email an upgrade to lounge access free of charge while no lounge access was offered upon arrival. 1. Response time is not acceptable at all. ( I ask the royal Services to help us by providing extra bed arrangement as I mentioned clearly in my request but no use ??? very poor response . you have to go by yourself to helpdesk and make sure thing done otherwise it will never happen !!!. The rate is high but still deserve. Not really suitable for Elderly people... Its quite long walk to Haram after taking 2 lifts down. Some staff cannot speak fluent english. You have to change a few elevators to get to your room or visit the Kaaba. Any outside food is not allowed to be brought into the room, which is a big inconvenience especially for families with young children. The service seems to have declined over the past year. The behavior of staff has some room for improvement. -Nothing. Nothing. Breakfast was expected to be better. The staff training and readiness for dealing with customers. Also, the parking valet service needs more attention. Not enough staff at the restaurant . Some of the staff are not helpful.
